Alan Berry
Director/Owner/Technician
Over the years Alan has worked for various garages gaining knowledge of many different car makes. He is an A Grade technician, fully qualified to tend to the requirements of his customers. He has grown the business from a small, one-man garage into what it is today. Alan is also the president of the Motor Trade Association (MTA) in Gisborne.
Dean Middleton
Sales Manager
Dean has joined our team bringing a wealth of experience in Sales and administration and is passionate about cars, having had a string of new cars of many brands before joining Alan Berry Motors. His background is in accountancy, car sales and business ownership.
Krystal Kearns
Receptionist/Administrator
Born and bred in Gisborne, Krystal will be the first person you see or talk to on the phone. She has had many years of experience in the automotive sector, and will be able to help with your automotive enquires. Her friendly smile and personality is a great asset to our team.
Greg MacDonald
Parts & Service Advisor
A recent addition Greg offers years of experience in selling automotive parts throughout Australasia. He enjoys dealing with the public and will go that extra mile. He is a keen reader and gardener, enjoying spending time with his wife and adult children.
Matthew McIntosh
Technician (Workshop Foreman)
Matt started working for Alan Berry Motors a number of years ago and through the business completed his automotive technician Apprenticeship. Having now completed specialist training with both Kia and Hyundai and spending many years under Alan's experienced mentorship, he has grown to be an exceptionally skilled and fully qualified technician.
Matt heads up the workshop and leads the team from the front with his positive energy and supportive manner. Matt has a fantastic relationship with all of our clients and has become the go to man for many.
James Forey
Apprentice Technician
James is a second year Apprentice with a keen interest in learning the trade. He is very ambitious and is already excelling in his studies. He moved out from England early in his life and grew up in Gisborne.
